Prenatal Visits

In these virtual visits, we will discuss the birth process your birth preferences for labor, delivery, and early postpartum. We will also talk through comfort measures, positions, and tools we can incorporate into labor to best support you as well as any fears or concerns you may have.

Ongoing Prenatal Support

• Available by phone, email, or text through your pregnancy

• Referrals for midwives, doctors, chiropractors, pelvic floor therapists, lactation consultants, and other specialities if needed

• Support in developing an effective birth plan

• Evidence-based education to help you make choices

• Resources to help you prepare for labor and early postpartum days

24/7 On Call Support - at 38 weeks

I will be ready to support you virtually 24 hrs, 7 days a week, starting two weeks from your due date.

Labor Support

Postpartum Visit

• Early labor guidance for progress and comfort

• In active labor, continous virtual video or phone support (via phone or laptop set up in room) for labor and delivery, offering encouragement and suggestions for comfort measures and progressing through labor

• Initial virtual breastfeeding and postpartum support

Usually within a week, we will have a virtual visit where we can talk about your birth to support you as process the experience. We can also discuss breastfeeding (if you choose this) and newborn care and identify any questions you may have or referrals you may need.

Available for continued phone and email support for up to six weeks postpartum.

$700 for virtual doula services

We can meet over video chat or phone, and you can get to know me, ask any questions, and see if I would be a good fit for your birth.
